I booked a ticket , I had recived a pdf with a ticket number , I asked to verify that this was my booking number was told that this was my ticket , it was my booking number too book in at the airport, lucky I turned up early to make sure if there was a issue I could try and resolve .
If they had explained that this was the booking confirmation and not a ticket might be a different review after asking them three times and referring me to the airline .
I think that if they spent a few more minutes informing you of the correct info would make a customer happy .
