“Very difficult to get what I wanted”

I didn't get good advice from Six Star. I had to check everything with the cruise line and airlines myself and then go back to Six Star to get what I wanted. They made out that everything was too difficult, although I suspect it was simply too much effort. I wouldn't recommend them and I certainly wouldn't use them again.
