“Bookit overcharging Customers. They got me for $365”

II booked a weekend Beach trip thru Bookit. The Hotel resort was amazing. My complaint is Bookit quoted me a price of $1306.90 which we paid but at checkout I received my receipt and it was for $941.61. Which was $365 less than what we paid to bookit. When I called Bookit about the descrepancy I got the run around stating that it was for resort taxes and fees. But Bookit couldn't tell me how much the fees were. So my question to bookit was Is it cheaper to book straight thru to the Hotel itself or with Y'all and she responded by saying thru Us. My question is how? Needless to say I have talked with 3 different people at bookit including a supervisor and spent hours on hold. I guess they thought I would hang up. Bookit is a rip off. Do yourself a favor and book thru the Hotel it'll definitely save you some money. I could've saved $365. I will NEVER use Bookit again and advise anyone reading this not as well.
