I booked a room and then cancelled it the same within the cancellation policy. The room was able to be cancelled and the hotel refuses to refund my credit. Booking.com could not convince the hotel to refund the money even thought they displayed the room as being able to cancel on their website. I have called booking.com three times and they keep saying it will be escalated but nothing has been done. They do not stand by their policies. DO NOT BOOK.
