I recently joined virgin media mobile. I was sent a SIM card which was faulty and had to call multiple times to get a new one sent to me. After not having mobile coverage for 2 days, I was very unimpressed with their sympathy. Their call centres are based in the phillipines, and although they speak good English... Their general courtesy and understanding is horrendous. I was not not given an apology or resolution, instead I got a lot of confrontational replies and asked if I wanted to leave at the end of the conversation.
I will be terminating my contract and will never buy anything with virgin media again.
