“User friendly!”

It was easy to use and to navigate! The website made it simple to search, find, and reserve the flights i needed! Good customer service was a huge plus too. The only downside i experienced was that upon getting my reservation, my confirmation emails from my airline went to the "travel agent" from the site, rather than to my email. I had to call the airline and switch the email listing to my email to get my confirmation details. It was a bit frustrating, but once i figured out what the issue was, it was simple to fix.
