The price and cover available, including extras such as key care are comprehensive and good value. However, from buying my policy for 3 cars, l changed my vehicle and needed to notify the new details. As there is no phone number to call, it had to be done on line, this is no problem as I purchased on line, until there is a problem. I had booked key care on all vehicles but when the new policy was emailed it was missing on the new vehicle. Without a phone number to call, it had to be done by email...a lot of unnecessary work and took 3 days to get put right.
It is not a big problem, but could be improved by better online facilities or a number to call in such eventualities
Overall satisfied and would recommend a friend.
