“shocking customer service!”

trying to get in touch with someone to resolve my issue before my 14 day cooling off period has been and continues to be a stressful experience what with not being able to get through on any of their phone numbers and them not replying to any of my emails. I paid my policy up front for the year but am not getting it refunded as I can't be with an insurance company like this.
I still haven't heard back from anyone since Monday so will now go to the FCA to get my money back. I'd rather pay abit more and get decent customer service. Does that exist in the world of insurance?
