I've had a virgin mobile contact for about 8 years , was phoned and told I was due for an upgrade , the deal seemed good so I agreed and was told my new phone would be delivered the next day , all details were checked including delivery address which is just my home address to which the account has always been attached , I arranged for someone to be in to sign for it then 9.30 am this morning I got an e mail stating my phone is being delivered to some random address with the same postcode and is being delivered the following day , so straight on the phone 20 mins upshot is "youll have to ring the courier and explain the address is wrong" so I do this and ofc Yodel say we don't have the parcel youll have to contact Virgin , so back to Virgin 60 mins on phone this time , nothing resolved , promised a call back which ofc didn't happen , so tomorrow my new phone is trying to be delivered to some stranger , the nearest yodel depot is 50 miles away and as the address on the parcel is wrong I have no proof that it should have been delivered to me anyway so thanks very much virgin
