When we initially booked everything ran smoothly and when we arrived at Mahon, l had to ask where l would find our booked taxi, as l expected someone to be waiting with our name held up ! After asking three different people,l eventually found it and were taken to our resort.
Part of the way through our holiday, l saw that the pick up time for our return was too early (maybe my fault for not checking) However l tried to get hold of the company on numerous occasions and left messages but no one returned my calls. I wasn't connected to the Internet so l asked my holiday rep if she could e.mail them for me, which she did but again no reply. It was so frustrating.Eventually l had no alternative but to book a taxi from the hotel (at the same price) which arrived within minutes.
I needed the taxi for my daughter as she has a disability and is unable to get onto a coach.
I have e.mailed Holiday taxis now l have returned but have only received a general reply acknowledging receipt of it.
Will l get a refund....??!!!
