“Terrible customer service”

Took out policy after finding this insurer in well known comparison site. Was very easy to set up. Phoned and amended my policy. Received good service. Was told my price would increase. I understood this and accepted this fact. When checking on the same comparison site I was over £130 cheaper when quoted online than I was over the phone. When I queried this with a girl, I received absolutely rubbish customer service. And received no reason for this price difference. So policy will be getting cancelled due to this. Avoid at all costs
