“Hidden charges and BAD customer service”

My partner and I booked a car at Valencia airport for 4 days. I was the driver and he paid for the hire on his credit card. This company decided to charge us for 2 drivers and when we returned the car (in time), they charged us for an extra day because they didn't process the return until hours later.
They didn't warn us about any of this and just took the money from the credit card.
I am Spanish and I could argue our case, and managed to visit the office a few times to complain. It still took us 4 months to get a refund.
If you are a tourist, you have no chance of doing this. They just take the money and ignore you.
I will NEVER use them again.
