“You don't get the price quoted on the website!”

Disappointed - we were quoted a price on the website, which we were happy with. At the appointment, the chap deducted A LOT of money off this quote, as the car had a few minor scratches on the wheel trim and a couple of very minor scratches on the front passenger door caused by tree branches - both issues easily remedied at minimal cost, certainly not what he deducted.

As our insurance ran out on that day, we had no option but to accept this greatly reduced offer, but were left feeling cheated.

We would have been better just taking it back to a car dealer, as at least then you don't have the added insult of paying a £50 'transaction fee'.
