I bought a set of 10 about 8 years ago. Subsequently I have replaced 5 of them. I send them back and they send me new ones which also have a fully warranty period. Based on this they are very good value and customer service is very good. For cooking they are also good. I clean them as instructed but someties a thin, greasy film remains. I have to do a little bit of extra work.

Overall 4 stars.
