“Just as Ordered and On Time.”

After some initial research I decided to opt for a custom built desktop PC. All the usual names seemed to be offering older processor chips or insufficient graphics cards. For the same price or less I could build a PC with a better spec and more upgradability.

Not being that confident of building the system myself I found PC Specialist. I did price up all the individual components on component websites and the difference was minimal to get them and build it myself or have PCS to build it for me.

I found the PC Specialist website easy to use. The biggest problem I had was deciding what components to buy without going over my budget. The sky was the limit and I was like a kid in a sweet shop. The forums proved very useful.

When I ordered the PC, I was kept informed every step of the way. The PC arrived on time in a huge strong box. Everything I had ordered was in that box.... monitor, keyboard, tower.... The delivery driver was very helpful.

So far I am very happy with the PC and everything is working as it should.

The one thing I would say is that when ordering a custom computer from PC Specialist they will assume that you have a little technical knowledge on this subject. The protective film for the window in the side of my tower was still on, including on the inside. It was easy to remove the side panel but meant I had to disconnect the fan. An easy enough task for most but not all.
