“Difficult to switch from avoid”

Tried to switch to a different supplier but isupply refused to switch saying I owed them outstanding balance. Read the meter which I sent them they then said this was invalid as the meter had not been read for a while previously. They have since increased my tariff and direct debit. I am still wrestling to switch and get rid of this bunch. Very frustrating and incompetant.
