“Getting better all the time”

I asked for a renewal quote by email and got one within 24 hours. It was competitive so I decided to renew. For the first time ever I didn't have to wait forever on the phone which was a huge step forward. The reading out of the legal stuff is a pain but I suppose all the companies have to do it. I had to make a correction to the named driver surname and that was done (unlike last year). The person who attended me was polite, efficient, pleasant and helpful. I received all the final documentation by email within a couple of days.
