We have a bed and breakfast and have used a variety of high-end frying pans, omelette pans and griddles since 1986. Two weeks ago we decided to try ScanPan as the latest pans were starting to stick. So far we are thrilled and have purchased two other replacement pans. We like the sizes, the weight and the ease of maintenance, the prices are good too. So far we do not have any complaints with performance but will be keeping track of longevity. The only thing that ScanPan is missing is a larger splatter lid that fits the big frying pan. Wish we had found this product before.
