“Worst company ever”

We went on line and seen a combined washhand basin / WC integrated in to oak style units. Ordered over the phone with laptop on as wanted to change the toilet bowl. Ordered no problem and parted with the money. Order was delivered but had no cistern, called as assumed it was a simple error only to be told I never ordered a cistern. I explained that it was part of a package and quite clearly shows in image and in text that it is included. Told no it is not and it would be £50.00 plus delivery. Spoke to a manager and short version is that I have had to put the matter in dispute with credit card. Just checked my phone bill and found out that I have spent just under five pounds on a twenty minute call to them try to resolve the matter. Horrible people and the kit is a cheap as you like. very poor quality units. Steer clear. No such thing as a bargain here.
