I always find the customer service staff at Utility Warehouse to be very polite and friendly. They always introduce themselves by name and ask how you are doing.
However the best thing about them is that they always take ownership of whatever problem you have called about. Many organisations will send you to other departments and you can be passed around various advisors before your issue can be resolved.
My experience with Utility Warehouse has been that the advisor who answers your call will stay with you until they have resolved your problem for you, and that they are happy to do no matter how long it takes.
