completely over rated. second rate. dreadful customer service

General Comments
Ok for about 6 months then totally useless as everything sticks to it. Sent it back to scanpan and they said it was an issue with built up residue, they said they would properly clean one half to show how the pan would look with proper cleaning. (as if we don't know how to do the dishes) They managed to clean one small spot around the size of a 20 cent coin. Must have done it with a grinder because i can't budge the build up with oven cleaner, jif metal scourer etc. I have bought better cookware from coles.
