Selling my House
I signed up with Express Estate Agency in September last year (2015). I live in a remote part of Northern Scotland and knew that selling property here would have a smaller audience than other counties. Initially I was passed to an agent who was attentive but I felt that information on the sale was not as forthcoming as I expected, I did not get a lot of feedback and felt that I was calling her rather than her calling me. I had no viewings for the property but felt that would see the term out with the agency. Shortly before the contract was due for renewal (Feb 2016) I was informed my agent had left and I was assigned a new agent. From this point on the whole experience with Express Estate Agents changed. I had regular friendly feedback from my assigned agent (JC) who obviously enjoyed his job and went the extra mile to make sure that the property was marketed to the right audience. Within a short period of time he found several viewing and also an offer. This was followed by an acceptance and a conditional offer, unfortunately the buyer backed out and he was reassigned to the sale and within a week of the sale failing he had found another viewing. This viewing led to another offer and I am now preparing to progress the sale.
I couldn't fault the service offered by your agent and would happily recommend Express Estate Agency to my friends. His friendly cheerful manner and ability to listen to feedback and engage with prospective buyers could not be faulted at all. He has made the experience a good one and taken away all the hassle from this stressful process. Well done. If I could recommend a pay rise or a promotion then I would :)
