“Customer service at Birmingham branch”

I arranged to view and collect my car from Birmingham branch and was given a time to collect of 1/00 p.m. As I live in Kent (about 150 miles from collection point) I left in plenty of time to allow for traffic, etc. Unfortunately I was not told that if I arrive early I would still have to wait for my allotted time slot.
(which meant I had about a 2 hour wait when I got there) The actual hand over and exchange however was done very well by BRANDON who could not do enough for me, he explained everything in great clarity and told me the best way back to the M6 to get home again. The car has a very good sat nav system built in so did not really need that but it was a nice touch. All in all a very pleasant car exchange with a good part ex price for my vehicle as well.
