Extremely disappointed at service received. It took 7 days to deliver to one parcel. I requested for the parcel to be delivered to where I work and expected the parcel to be delivered during business hours but unfortunately this wasn't the case. The driver tried to deliver 3 times out of work hours. The driver didn't even contact me when he was attempting to deliver my parcel. This is the first time that I have had an issue with a delivery made by Hermes which is extremely disappointing. I had to complain several times to both Hermes and the retailer who sent me the parcel about the fact that I had not received my parcel. I had requested for the driver to contact me if he had difficulty locating my address. The day before my parcel finally arrived, I was told that the driver would deliver my parcel before 5pm that day before business closed but this didn't happen. Overall, I am not at all impressed with the delivery service and lack of contact between the driver and myself.
