“Excellent customer service”

Excellent customer service.Very friendly and understanding staffs.My claim was authorised even if i just started my health insurance through work benefit.Gave me options on how to send my docs when i was having difficulty doing it.How i wish i can meet the friendly people in their office.One thing i found negative was customer claim phone line is too busy and hard to get through especially near their closing time.I guess,lots of people are calling meaning that they have plenty customers because of their Excellent service!Will definitely recommend to family and friends
