“No responses to e-mails”

Due to severe mental health issues I was unable to use my woucher voucher. They have promised a full refund but are not replying to e- mails. I am on a very limited income and this whole experience has left me vulnerable and £90 out of pocket. My anxiety levels have led to unnecessary stress and with no positive outcome.
You would assume that such a large company would have an outstanding Customer Service Team. This has not been my experience intact I have been totally ignored.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Please be very wary of such ineptitude and blatant disregard for valuable customers.I would liked to have been made aware of the restrictions that come with woucher vouchers. You are not made aware of the restrictions until it is to late.
