“delivery to wrong address ”

I purchased a tv from argos for delivery when it didnt show i called them up and they said it had been delivered but turns out it was the wrong address. The women i spoke to was helpful she said she needed to look into it and speak to the driver but i should be able to pick it up from store the next day as i did not want it delivering again. i didnt hear anything from them so i called back they are now telling me that they can not tell me anything about my order because i am not on the account my order seem to have completely changed the billing name and the delivery address are now completely different. it seems my order has completely disappeared and the staff was so unhelpful so i have no tv, no order and they have took the money for it so now have to try and claim it back.
