Have made releasing funds for house deposit an absolute nightmare! Failed to do everything that was requested of them. Posted CHAPs receipt to a house address which we don't even own yet!! And apparently don't know what a "full bank statement" is, when all that was received is a transaction detail.
Will be moving ALL accounts from Clydesdale to a different bank.
