“£99 gone out of my account to Sakarya for no reason ”

I've had a really good experience with think money helped me get back on track till today woke up to £2.12 in my account and a text saying after reviewing my account £99 has been moved so my account runs smoothly there taking money for my car insurance that I'm not insured on anymore wat the hell do I do??
