Good Points
Very non-stick
Versatile
Difficult to burn food
Bad Points
If you use too high a heat too often, the surface starts to bubble and peal.
Can't use spray on oils on it.
General Comments
We loved our Scanpan when we first got it, and we still use it most days for cooking everything from stir-fries, casseroles, pancakes and steak. Whilst it is still functional, the surface is not holding up well; mostly because we cook at a high heat for things like stir fries, which is not recommended. If you cook a lot of simmer style food, then they are brilliant, but if you cook at high heat, be prepared for it to not last a life time. But while it does last, it's pretty good.
