Jotform is, at its heart, a form making software. But when you actually get in to use it, it's so much more. Whether you need to collect email addresses for a newsletter, submissions to your dropbox for files, or even just get customer reviews, they have a form for that.
You can adjust the form template to suit your purposes, even making it match your entire custom site, which is a great thing if you want a cohesive brand all the way across your website and forms. They have a free plan, which is nice because a lot of sites are doing away with their free plans. It shows Jotform cares about their customers and really wants to see us succeed.
I do wish they had an "In between" paid section though. Or a pay as you go kind of thing where it would adjust per photo over your limits, so you could pay whatever extra you needed only on the months you went over the limit on your free plan. It'd solve a lot of headaches with "What if I get more submissions than I'm allowed this month, but don't need a full paid plan other months?"
Bonus, if you don't have a website of your own to place the form on, there is a hosted option, where all you need is the link to hand out. This would be great for small businesses just starting to build up a mailing list that don't have their own website yet. Overall, I enjoy Jotform, the ease of use of simplifying form building, and the great customer service when I've had to email with questions. I've recommended it to friends, and will continue to do so as long as the service remains top notch.
