“Very User Friendly”

I have used JotForm for numerous clients and my own personal use. The templates that you can use are always handy to get a simple form going or to start out a form. Once you get a form built and set up it is SUPER easy to manage and to access the stats and responses submitted to your forms. I like the feature where you can download the results/responses. I love that since this is a web-based form system that you can access and manage your forms from anywhere.

JotForm is constantly adding new and wonderful features to their site so you can keep your forms looking fresh and professional.
