“Rude and incompetent company”

I read the review online but had so many useless clothes lying around that I wanted rid of so thought I'd use it anyway and see how much I could get. Luckily for me, this company is so awful I didn't even get past the collection stage so didn't get mugged off with money as other people have. I arranged my delivery and waited in all day as well as leaving a note on the door so they knew where the bags were. By 3.30 I still hadn't heard anything and my bags were still in the porch. I rang the company and asked if they could give me an ETA for the collection. A very snipey and sarcastic chap told me they didn't deal at all with the collection side of the company and could only tell me what the website says which is collection is from 8-6. I then questioned how they can have nothing to do with the collection side considering the main part of the business is collecting our unwanted clothes and then weighing them????? I sent an email complaining and hoping for a more competent and less arrogant person to give me information...turns out it is a tiny company because he emailed me back straight away denying he was rude on the phone and basically spurting the same rubbish he had on the phone. He even got personal and said I was banned from ever using the company again just because I was honest and said I thought it was ridiculous that they couldn't give me collection information. Basically, do not use this company, you won't get any money and you may not even get your bags collected.
