“Missing Required Stock ”

Overall, I'm very happy with flooringsupplies.co.uk.
I used them to purchase some Quick Step Impressive Laminate.
Their prices are very competitive and are much cheaper than other sites, especially when you include their free underlay offer. Their delivery was arranged and arrived on time (early) and although they say the laminate will be delivered to pavement, the delivery driver was really helpful and helped me carry it to my house.
They also suggested recommended products to go with the laminate, which was very useful and reminded me to buy some scotia and water resistant sealant.
The only complaint, is that for the Quick-Step warranty to be valid on water resistance, you need to use PE Foam also. It doesn't appear as though flooringsupplies stock this.. And I am now left trying to find a supplier for 2 rolls which only seem to cost £20 in total but every other supplier wants £50 postage :(.
If flooringsupplies.co.uk could start supplying this then that would be a great option for future customers! As with a £500 order I got free postage and would have included it in my order if it was stocked. I'm now having to search high and low on the Internet for a stockist that doesn't charge double the cost of the postage for 2 rolls of PE foam.
