the assessment day was very professional but overall great - was conducted in a very professional manner and resulted in me being offered the job. On going training has helped massively and the teaching staff have been very insightful and current in their delivery. Support from Pareto has been good too and I would recommend any graduate looking for either their first job or a change of role to engage with these guys. They tell it straight and for some that can be a shock to the system - however - the support is always there and I cant fault them
