Fantastic response, i raised a ticket as i was charged twice over two months (my bad, Paypal mixup!) got a reply and refund within minutes. Also i was advised on how to cancel the double recurring payment on Paypal, which i had already done, but nice touch as it shows care to avoid future problems. Exceptional service in this instance, although i must say i always received great service - thank you.
