“No Response for my COMPLAINTS”

I have got a very bad experience as booked a car via Holiday Autos but no car was available on the day of booking. I made a complaint to the company and ask for a reason for why the booking got dishonored and that totally ruin my vacation plan. I have been chasing for the investigation result for 2 months but still can't get any response from Holiday Autos. I am super disappointed with the service standard of this company and definitely wont recommend everyone to hire the car via this untrustworthy website.
