Wouldn't even give one star! Customer was very poor. Incorrect booking time was booked without asking me. When called through to he help desk they wasted 1 and 1/2 hours of my time and would not full refund me. Customer service team were extremely rude and blamed me for the incorrect booking team. Call centre was not in England.
