“Always use an Agent when hiring a car abroad”

Using Economy as your booking agent is a way of ensuring you get the best service. I was offered a car by Solmar at Murcia Airport that I felt was below what I had booked. I accepted it on the basis that I would contact Economy to intervene the next day to put my case for an upgrade. The response was to give me a more powerful car on the spot. A great experience ensued. A new car with 900 kms on the clock ready to go. The staff at Solmar in San Javier were excellent, courteous and efficient. As ever you can rely on Economy Car Hire for a great service. Although I had my own insurance to cover all excesses etc., I was pleasantly surprised to see excess insurance cover pop out when I printed my voucher. Also, enjoyed the holiday
