“repair of Omega ladies Seamaster watch”

I have loved and cherished my Seamaster watch for 20 yrs, it has been into your repair shop in Preston for a total of 35 weeks in 30 months costing me £734 in total, i picked it up 2 weeks ago after being back for a repair to a worn link on the bracelet, it was working perfectly well when it was sent to
the workshop apparently in Preston, it was eventually returned to me after 12 weeks and it had stopped working when i got it home,
