“PetPlan's great service”

My parents used Petplan for our pets growing up and I was always amazed at how great they were at sorting out our claims for the long standing conditions our family dog had. Even now, all of my family use Petplan. Our elderly family cat has had numerous issues over the years and Petplan have been there at every step making sure that we can continue to get him the treatment that he needs to stay the cheeky cat that we all know and love. And last year I took on a pup. She's had a fair few issues in her 18 months, but Petplan have been great. When I've had questions about my insurance and what's covered, they've checked it and answered me. They've taken a huge number of claims from me and kept me updated on their progress at every step from when they are received, right up to when they are being paid. I highly recommend them.
