“Customer Service SUCKSSS!!!”

Dont waste your time on the 3 months for free, you will be wasting your time and effort, their customer service sucks. They can not help you at all. That is not their duty to help you as they had informed me. You will be out of luck if you lose a content or missing a file, they wont budge to help you on their upper team. They are rude and refuse to help you. Read more reviews out there, which I should have read reviews from the beginning. WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM 1and1.com or you will regret like me, I have lost 1 weeks of work, they would not help to bring it back up or look into it. They will not budge a finger in their upper team who are getting paid. Basically there are getting paid for picking there noses.
