“Poor service - and dont care!”

Really unhelphul company. They took over my business line but didnt retain my number and I am having to wait 10 days to get my number back. Really poor 'support' staff, never ring back or have clear answers to my questions. I have asked for the issue to be escalated so that the Company can learn by my awful experience and not put other people through the same hassle, but am told that they dont have an escalation process other than a chat with 'the manager' .
So, no hope that anyone else will get any better service
