Good Points
Free cash machines. Online banking is easy enough.

Bad Points
Charges are extreme if overdrawn, even by a few pence. Can take a few days for transfer of funds from your account to pay a bill.

General Comments
Yorkshire bank opens after 9.15am until 4pm (only 1 night per week is it until 6pm), and the St. Helens branch is always packed at lunch time, so any queries etc, can take time.
