Ordered leather faux bed frame was cheapest around even with delivery included to N Ireland. Bed was delivered within time frame. When it arrived the headboard was slighty damaged informed customer services of the damage. Headboard was replaced with no questions asked or delay. The customer services delt with my issue quickly and in a polite professional manner. I will use again and would recommend the memory foam wherehouse.
