Good Points
Sent out forms quickly and settled within one month.
Bad Points
£65.00 excess! We didn't know it would be taken off each person so we lost 4x £65.00!
General Comments
Can't fault Europ Assistance Travel insurance really. My husband broke his ankle two weeks before we were due to fly and we had to cancell our holiday. We filled in the forms, sent everything they wanted and they gave us the money back within the month. I was really worried after reading some of these reviews but I think if you send what they reqire you wil be ok! we will use them again.
