“Rubbish service”

We booked a return shuttle transfer from Alicante airport to Calpe. On arrival we were quickly taken to our minibus and sat there for over 2 hours waiting for other passenger from 4 different flights. The last passenger didn't show and as we eventually left the local rep boarded the bus and told us we were entitled to a refund. After phoning the local company and emailing Clicktransfers we were told that we were not entitled to a refund because our flight had been delayed and our transfer was rescheduled. No mention of this was made when we checked in at the airport otherwise we would have cut our losses and taken a private taxi. Clicktransfers take your money and don't care about the level of service provided at the other end. The return transfer was also fraught with uncertainty as the call centre didn't have our pick-up time when they said they would- something about a change in their operating system and the office being slow in passing on details. We had to phone three times on the last day of our holiday before we were given the pick-up time. The online systems for checking the times with both Clicktransfers and Beniconnect (the local transfer company)kept coming up with "information not available at this time". On top of that the shuttle bus was 20 min late picking us up. I would not recommend either Clicktransfers or Beniconnect.
