“Great quick service”

Since the beginning of my dog's diagnosis, Petplan have been fantastic with their cover and the speed at which they have kept dealing with each claim. This has taken so much worry off my shoulders as I know I can go ahead with the best treatment recommended by our vet. And it has lead to huge improvements! The only time I had to call Pet plan to find out more about their dealing of the very first claim for his condition I was helped by a very friendly and competent member of staff who helped speed things up by contacting the relevant department. So far I have nothing negative to say about Petplan.
