Having done my research for new home contents only insurance, having just moved. I was looking for primarily the best package and not the best price... although the price was extremely good!
Their website is very easy to navigate and all additional extras were clearly listed and easy to understand.
An effortless procedure that anyone could do.
I would certainly use DialDirect again, subject to the product matching my requirements.
The only thing that I'm not happy with is the £5 charge if you require a hard copy of the documents. It should be the customer's decision, NOT the company's, as to how they would prefer to receive their documents. Making the charge is removing the customer's freedom of choice! This may seem petty to most people but we are in the 21st Century and people have a right to choose.
