Nothing but hassle!!
As a small business owner I seem to spend far to much time on the phone to Opus Energy each month, correcting their mistakes! Staff do not communicate with each other, meaning you have to explain yourself every single time.
First of all they took 3 months to get the initial metre reading from the supplier meaning my bill was 4x the amount it should of been, they left voicemails stating I needed to call them and make a payment (every month). They don't send any bills in paper format so I never actually know what is due.
They have tried to get me to install a smart metre after reading reviews regarding this I think I will give that a miss!
Incompetent idiots!!
